Action For Children
What does Action For Children do?
For over 145 years, Action for Children has been working in partnership with the Methodist Church. Together we make children’s lives better: now, tomorrow and every day.
Our founder, Thomas Bowman Stephenson, was a Methodist minister from the North East of England with a passionate commitment to social justice.
On moving to London, Stephenson challenged the Methodist Church to take action to help homeless children living on the streets. This is how our charity began.
We support Action for Children through out collecting boxes.
